Reshmi Ravindranathan is a Digital Transformation Lead and Accessibility Campaigner with over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Inclusys Neuro Org, an organization dedicated to enabling sustainable livelihood neurodivergent individuals through the gig economy approach. Reshmi is also the co-founder of the SHIFT framework, focused on creating an inclusive and sustainable society through digital innovation. Her work has earned multiple awards, including the prestigious Tata Innovista Award, Nasscom Tech for Good Award and many more. The co-founder of the SHIFT framework, Reshmi also holds several patents in varied technological areas. Her impactful work has been featured in THE WEEK magazine.
